In order to provide general direction for Gerald Champion Regional Medical Center, the Board of Directors hereby adopts the following statements of overall mission for our facility:

Pay for new hire RNs starts at a base rate of $25.95* (this would be for a recently graduated nurse with no experience). GCRMC’s starting base pay for non-specialty RNs goes up to $40.55* per hour (this would be for a nurse with 15 years of experience).
- BSNs are paid an additional $1.00 per hour
- MSNs are paid an additional $2.00 per hour
*Additional compensation for differentials where applicable (i.e. night shift)
Annual increases for merit and in accordance with union contract
Sign On Bonuses:
Up to $15k on certain specialties
- Amount is based on experience and certification
- Some of the bonus may be allocated to relocation
